1. How do I try your service for free?
Sign up and start your first video editing project. Your submission will be free as long as the raw footage does not exceed 45 minutes. If it exceeds 45 minutes, additional charges may apply. No watermark. No strings attached! The free trial includes one round of 30-minute revisions.
2. What types of videos do you edit?
We specialize in a wide variety of videos, including talking heads, vlogs, product reviews, beauty/fashion, cooking, fitness, gaming, real estate, sports, documentaries, advertisements, weddings, and more. If you are interested in other types of videos, feel free to contact us at info@vimerse.com.
3. What types of videos do you NOT edit?

4. What tools do you use?
Our editors are highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects We use Frame.io for video collaboration and Artlist.io for licensed music.
5. Why do you ask so many questions in the order form?
While we bring creativity to your raw footage, we also want to create content that resonates with you and your audience. The order form helps us understand your story and messages. If you are a returning customer, you might enjoy some pleasant surprises in your submission.
6. What if I encounter errors in the order form and cannot submit it?
Please contact us at support@vimerse.com, ideally with a screenshot of the error message.
7. How long does it take to receive the first draft?
Once you submit the form, our team will verify that we have everything needed to create an engaging video. After the review, you will receive an order confirmation, and the first draft will be delivered within two calendar days. If additional time is needed, we’ll inform you with an updated delivery estimate.
8. What should I do after receiving the first draft?
Follow the instructions in the email to review your video on Frame.io. Submit the revision form to initiate the revision process. We will not start revisions until the form is submitted. In the revision form, you can request additional text, B-rolls, and thumbnails. If we don’t hear back, we may close the project and send an invoice at our discretion.
9. What is the turnaround time for revisions?
Once the revision form is submitted, we will deliver the updated version within two calendar days.
10. What if I don’t request revisions and the project is marked as complete or invoiced?
You can always start a new project for additional revisions.
11. Can you adhere to my brand/style guidelines?
Yes! The order form will ask for your logo, intro, and brand guidelines.
12. Can you recreate or match a style I've seen?
Absolutely! Include a reference video link in the order form, and we’ll replicate the style.
13. Do you provide music for the videos?
Yes, we use licensed royalty-free music. If any copyright claims arise, we’ll assist you in resolving them.
14. Can you upload my videos to YouTube?
No, we currently do not offer this service.
15. How do I upload footage?
You can either share cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox) via the form or upload directly to https://vimerse.portal.massive.app
16. Is there a size limit on raw footage files?
No, there are no size limits.
17. How will we communicate to ensure the work is completed?
You’ll receive an order confirmation, draft delivery emails, and the final delivery email. For any questions, you can reply to these emails or contact us at support@vimerse.com
18. What if I submit 10 video editing requests at once?
Our team will schedule workflows to complete all orders in a timely manner.
19. How does payment work?
We use Stripe for secure payments. Your credit card and bank information are not stored by us. After the free trial, you will be redirected to Stripe to update your billing details.
20. Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, we provide a 100% refund of the package fee if you are not satisfied. While we strive to meet your expectations, we cannot refund charges related to revisions.

23. Can you SEO-optimize my videos for YouTube?
No, we do not currently offer this service.
24. What happens after I upload my project? Will I receive a progress update?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email within a few hours. The first draft will follow in two calendar days. You can contact support@vimerse.com for updates.
25. What if I am not satisfied with the editing?
Let us know what changes you’d like and why. We’ll make the necessary adjustments.
26. Do you work with 4K video?
Yes! Please specify in the order form if you need 4K. The default resolution is HD.
27. What format will the video files be delivered in?
We ask which platform you plan to use for your video. The first draft will match that platform’s format (e.g., 1920x1080 for YouTube). During revisions, you can request additional formats. The final videos will be delivered in multiple formats..
28. How long do you keep project files?
We retain files for 14 days after the project is completed unless instructed otherwise. If your content hasn’t been posted yet, we may keep the files longer.
29. What are the differences between Standard and Premium?
If you need to edit files larger than 30GB, prefer working with highly experienced video editors, or want to create videos with generative AI, the
Premium
package is ideal for you. These projects require not only advanced skills and expertise but also superior equipment and specialized software to ensure high-quality results.
