What does “white label” mean here?
White label means delivery is fully brand-neutral: finished videos carry no Vimerse branding, so you present them as your agency’s own work. You can forward the review and download link straight to your client — there’s no separate agency-client dashboard or login where we’d appear. Your client only ever sees you.
How does the agency rate relate to your standard pricing?
Agency accounts run on our $18/hr rate. It includes brand-neutral delivery, a dedicated editor per client account, priority handling, and capacity for multiple client projects at once. The $14/hr rate is our individual-creator plan.
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. Your first video includes up to 4 hours of professional editing — enough for 1–2 shorts/reels/ads, a simple podcast edit (multicam + intro), or a 5–7 minute talking-head video. If your project would take more, we tell you before any work starts and you decide: approve the extra hours at $18/hr, or scope the video to fit the free 4 hours. No card required, and nothing is ever billed without your approval.
Can Vimerse work under our agency name?
Yes. Delivery is brand-neutral by default — final videos carry no Vimerse branding, so they ship as your in-house work.
Will Vimerse communicate directly with our clients?
Only if you want us to. Direct-client communication is optional; most agencies keep us behind the scenes.
Can we keep the same editor?
Yes. A dedicated editor is standard for ongoing accounts so your clients’ style is preserved.
How is each client’s style maintained?
